Christine Marchesiello's venture into real estate started in 2006 after a less than desirable encounter with a buyers agent during a 'for sale by owner' experience with her own home. She thought "I could do this so much better" and the stars aligned for a career change at the right time.  Christine was honored with the “Rising Star” award her first year in business and since then has focused on building first a solo career, then a team of specialists built on a piece of what has become her core mission “how can we do it better?”.  Now that Christine has a team running the day to day of the real estate business she has ventured into giving back to the industry though teaching, coaching, and sharing the models and systems that allowed her to make this transition from agent to true business owner. A core piece of the team's mission is "to leave the real estate industry better than we found it" and Christine has adopted that personally as well.

Christine has received numerous accolades over her career including winning “Best of the Saratoga Region” for 5 years and many other recognitions at the local level and is now recognized as a national Real Estate leader speaking at several international events, being invited on numerous podcasts, and being included into a private mastermind with Gary Keller exclusive to the top agents in the world. In recent years Christine has started developing her expertise further through a partnership with kwTALENT where she is a Certified Instructor as well as an Implementation Pro Strategist. She's committed to helping others refine their organizations so that they can achieve their ultimate goals faster both through and with their people in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Christine lives in upstate NY with her husband, the Director of Sales on the real estate team, and her two teenage daughters. She enjoys traveling, especially to anywhere warm with clear waters, and spending time in the Adirondacks with the family in her free time. Christine is also an avid investor owning and managing a mix of 10 short and long term rental properties in NY and Florida.
